Dieses Buch ist wirklich klasse. Es ist so geschrieben, dass man auch als Unerfahrene die Übungen ausführen kann. Ein wirklich tolles Buch was ich aufjedenfall nur Empfehlen kann. Es dreht sich fast alles um die Fussmassage - sehr detailiert. Über die Handmassage ist ein kleiner Kapitel enthalten - der jedoch auch großzügig erklärt ist.Ich bin zufrieden mit meinem Kauf - denn ab sofort kann ich diese Übungen auch zu Hause durchführen. Durch dieses Buch weiss ich nun genau, welchen Bereich meine Fussreflextherapeutin durcharbeitet.

Das Buch ist übersichtlich und sicherlich für den Hausgebrauch geeignet. Wenn man eine richtige Ausbildung in Fußreflexzonenmassage macht, stellt man jedoch schnell fest, dass die den Organen entsprechenden Bereiche ungenau eingezeichtnet sind.Wenn man den eingängigen Tipps und Vorgehensweisen im Buch folgt, kann nichts schief gehen.WICHTIG - immer daran denken, dass das nicht einfach nur "Füße krabbeln" ist, sondern tatsächlich etwas bewirkt!!!!

Dieses kleine Buch über Fußreflexzonen gibt einen sehr guten Einblick in das Thema, ohne dabei zu kompliziert zu werden. Die Gliederung in einen allgemeinen Teil mit Einführung in die Fußreflexzonenmassage und einen Teil mit Massagereihenfolgen für alltägliche Probleme empfinde ich als sehr gelungen.Meine Freundin genießt die Massagen sehr und schläft regelmäßig dabei ein. Die geziehlte Massage der Problemstellen ist die ideale Abwechslung nach einem harten Tag.

Ich habe massenweise Bücher gekauft die mir das Unerklärliche erklären sollten. Gott wird von der Kirche so verzerrt und als außenstehend vermittelt, noch dazu als strafend und streng. Meinen kurzen Gedanke "schade dass ich es nicht früher in die Hände bekam", habe ich schnell verworfen.Früher hätte ich den Text wahrscheinlich gar nicht verstanden oder angenommen. Ein wundervolles Buch.

Dieses Buch ist der Schlüssel und der Weg für das höchste Ziel des Mensch-Seins:Vollendung, Vollkommenheit, absolute Freiheit und Grenzenlosigkeit.Es geht um die Geburt des Christus-Bewusstseins im Menschen. Dies ist die Rückkehr des Menschen in seinen natürlichen göttlichen Zustand. Das Denken, dass die Geburt des Christus-Bewusstseins im Menschen nicht möglich sei, oder nur nach Jahrzehnten der Askese oder spiritueller Übungen, ist die Folge einer sehr langen und allumfassenden Fehlprogrammierung. Die Wahrheit ist: es gibt keine Vorbedingung für die Geburt des Christus-Bewusstseins und damit für die Rückkehr des verlorenen Sohns/der verlorenen Tochter in das ewige Himmelreich des VATERS. Der Mensch wird selber in sich spüren, ob er bereit für die Rückkehr in das ewige, vollkommene Reich des VATERS ist oder nicht. Ich habe HumanDesign "zufällig" vor vielen Jahren bei einer Heilpraktikerin kennengelernt und habe nach einer Einführung immer mehr über die Jahre für mich erforscht. Meine Erfahrung ist, dass die Inhalte im Buch einfach unglaublich exakt und stimmig und oft auch kompromisslos dargestellt werden. Das mag ich sehr. Was auf dieser Entdeckungsreise klar sein muss - es dauert. Man hat mir damals 7 Jahre gesagt - heute sehe ich es eher als eine lebenslange Entdeckungsreise. Genau das ist das Wertvolle an dem System. Mittlerweile kann ich spielender mit allem umgehen und das Buch dient mir immer wieder auf's Neue als Nachschlagewerk, was eine wundervolle Basis für eine Selbsterforschung sein kann. Bei den vielen, zum Teil sehr verwirrenden Angeboten heute - ein Lichtblick. Ganz herzlichen Dank Herr Schöber.

Tolles Konzept wenn man mehr darüber erfahren möchte wei man tickt, Habe beide Bücher von Schöber gelesen. Die Bücher brinden die Inhalte deutlich klarer strukturiert herüber als die Seminare.

Die Typen werden sehr schön und einfach beschrieben...absolut empfehlenswert!Es könnte nur etwas genauer darauf eingegangen werden, wie sich die Autoritäten genau anfühlen..Dennoch preiswert!

Ich leide seit Mai 2017 unter einem unangenehmen stressbedingten Reizmagen (organisch bin ich kerngesund). Iberogast, Pantoprazol, Ernährungsumstellung (mal Versuch mit Schonkost, mal Versuch mit kohlenhydratarmer Ernährung) etc. haben meinem Reizmagen keine Linderung gebracht.Durch Zufall bin ich im Internet darauf gestoßen, dass die darmbezogene Hypnose ein sehr wirkungsvolles Mittel gegen Reizdarm und Reizmagen sein soll. Daher habe ich mir diese CD gekauft. Große Hoffnungen habe ich nicht gehabt....aber ich muss sagen, ich bin positiv von der Wirkung überrascht.Ich höre seit 4 Wochen fast jeden Tag diese CD. In der ersten Woche habe ich noch keinen Effekt gespürt, ab der zweiten Woche ein wenig, aber ab der dritten Woche einen merklichen Effekt.Die CD bringt mich total runter (selbst mein immer erhöhter Ruhepuls hat sich verringert) und meine Magenschmerzen haben sich merklich verbessert, inzwischen habe ich schon ganz schmerzfreie Tage. Ich empfinde Stimme und Sprechweise von Herrn Dr. Häuser als angenehm und beruhigend, auch das Sprechtempo passt.Man braucht aber viel Disziplin, sich am Tag einen halbe Stunde freizuschaufeln und die CD zu hören. Ich hatte sie sogar in meinem Urlaub in Südtirol dabei und mir täglich diese halbe Stunde dafür genommen.Vielen Dank für meine wiedergewonnene Lebensqualität. Isabelle Schmidt

leider steht auf dieser Seite nur eine Rezension und die wird weder der CD noch dem Thema gerecht. Ich arbeite seit vielen Jahren in meiner Praxis mit meinen eigenen Patienten mit dieser CD und habe sehr schöne Erfolge. Hypnose kann nicht irgendetwas "sofort" "wegmachen". Es geht um ein langsames, sanftes Einüben. Es werden tiefere Ebenen erreicht und Heilung tritt ein. Mein Rat an meine Patienten: entscheiden Sie sich für EINE der Übungen und dann üben Sie regelmäßig. Patienten in meiner Praxis, spürten nach einer Woche täglichen Übens eine Erleichterung sowohl der Symptomatik als auch der damit einhergehenden Ängste und wurden über die Monate hinweg sehr viel stabiler, sowohl in der Symptomatik als auch im Umgang mit ihrer Krankheit. Es braucht Geduld, Hinwendung zu sich selbst und die Erlaubnis an sich selbst sich auf diese Übungen und Trancereisen einzulassen.

Nach den doch recht gemischten Rezensionen war ich sehr gespannt auf die CD. Ob ich mich damit in einer Hypnose befinde, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber ich bin tiefenenstpannt. Allerdings nur mit der klassischen Hypnose, mit der Modernen kann ich nichts anfangen. Gönne mir jetzt seit einer Woche jeden Tag die halbe Stunde und bin begeistert. Ich leide unter diversen Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten und habe oft aus heiterem Himmel schlimme Krämpfe. Seit ein paar Tagen nichts mehr, egal was ich esse. Daher von mir Daumen hoch!
