Das beste Buch darüber, was Yoga überhaupt ist. Wunderbar!!

in meinen augen ist dies ein wertvoller begleiter fürs ganze leben. auch "yoga-stars", die dutzende von büchern geschrieben haben, entwickeln sich weiter, gehen ihren eigenen weg... das zeigt auch anna trökes. dieses buch ist vom herzen geschrieben und aus der erfahrung heraus, welch entscheidende rolle verbundenheit, mitgefühl, güte... für unser leben und unsere gesundheit spielen, für weite und kraft im herzen. es geht weit über die klassischen hatha-yoga-übungen hinaus, hat mit gymnastik gar nichts zu tun, sondern zeigt einen gangbaren weg auf, stößt innere prozesse der weiterentwicklung an. die übungen stehen nicht im vordergrund, bilden aber eine basis. die übungen sind nur gezeichnet und gut beschrieben. ich persönlich komme mit fotos besser zurecht. hier hilft auch die CD weiter.unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Man merkt schon, dass sich Anna Trökes mit dem Buch sehr viel Mühe gemacht hat. Sie hat viel recherchiert und das merkt man leider sehr stark. Es werden immer wieder Zitate oder Verweise auf andere Autoren angefügt.Wenn man das Buch gelesen hat, kann man sehr schön an sich arbeiten. Die empfohlenen Yogahaltungen sind allerdings nichts neues und gerade für gut ausgebildete Yogalehrer Basicübungen. Letztlich ein ganz gutes Buch, aber meiner Meinung nach überteuert.
