In seinem zweiten Grundlagenwerk zur evolutionären innerwise-Methode geht der Arzt und Naturheilkundler Uwe Albrecht entgegen dem, was der Titel vermuten lässt, nicht nur auf die Heilung körperlicher Beschwerden ein. Das wurde mir bewusst, als ich den zweiten Satz in diesem Buch las: »Ich bin Arzt und meine Patienten sind Menschen, Tiere, Pflanzen, Häuser, Systeme, Projekte und Firmen. Und ich behandle alle mit dem gleichen System: innerwise.« In diesem Buch geht es also gar nicht um das Gesundmachen im herkömmlichen (medizinischen), sondern im viel umfassenderen Sinn.Im ersten Teil des in drei Teile gegliederten Buches gibt der Autor dem Leser einen Überblick über seine Erkenntnisse und die Grundlagen von innerwise. Anhand etlicher Prinzipien erläutert er, wie der Status quo entstehen und wie er verändert werden kann.Dieser Teil ist der wichtigste, aber auch der, den man unbedingt selbst gelesen haben muss, um zu begreifen, was Albrechts Methode eigentlich ist. Sie ist nämlich viel mehr als »nur« eine Methode. Wenn ich mich für einen Begriff entscheiden müsste, würde ich zuerst an eine Weltanschauung ohne religiösen Bezug denken. Ähnlich wie der Menschenlehrer Eckhard Tolle bietet Uwe Albrecht ein Denkmodell an, dem man sich jederzeit anschließen kann, aber niemals muss.Das spektakulärste an innerwise ist für mich, dass dieses System tatsächlich für jedermann zur Benutzung zugänglich ist und keinerlei Beschränkungen unterliegt.Im zweiten Teil des mit 413 Seiten keineswegs schmalbrüstigen Werks erläutert Albrecht recht ausführlich die inneren und äußeren Werkzeuge von innerwise.Diese inneren Werkzeuge wurden bereits im Vorgängerwerk »Intuitive Diagnostik« umfassend dargestellt und werden hier noch einmal aufgefrischt und ergänzt.Die äußeren Werkzeuge sind die verschiedenen Systeme, in die Albrechts Methode unterteilt werden kann. Sie ergänzen und erweitern sich gegenseitig.Anschließend geht Uwe Albrecht sehr ausführlich auf die sogenannten Tester ein, die beim Aufdecken der dringlichsten, also der zuerst zu behandelnden Probleme helfen können, weil auf ihnen wichtige, immer wiederkehrende Punkte bereits aufgeführt sind.Im Teil drei des Buchs geht es um die Anwendung von innerwise auf alles Lebendige. Lebendig sind neben Menschen Tieren und Pflanzen eben auch Landschaften, Häuser, Firmen, Projekte und Systeme. Sogar politische Systeme. Und auf all die kann sich innerwise heilend und ausgleichend auswirken.Es braucht nur wenig, um innerwise anwenden zu können. Am wichtigsten sind Liebe, Offenheit, die Akzeptanz des Willens des Gegenübers und die bewusste Entscheidung zur Harmonie. Dann kann Flow entstehen. Flow, der glücklich macht und strahlen lässt. Flow, der gesund macht.Wie schon das erste Buch des Autors möchte ich auch dieses Buch all jenen ans Herz legen, die sich für sich selbst und all das, was sie umgibt, interessieren und die dazu beitragen möchten, dass etwas mehr Flow entsteht.Dem Buch beigelegt ist eine Multimedia-DVD mit einer Gesamtspielzeit von 3:13 Stunden.

Es ist ein sehr umfangreiches Werk. Es ist aber für Interessierte sehr gut zu lesen und auch zu handeln. Ich mag Inner Wise sehr und ich freue mich darauf es zu erlernen. Danke für das wunderbare Buch

Dieses Buch empfinde ich als gut gelungen.Bisher arbeitete ich immer mit dem Tensor bzw. dem Vivometer.Doch der Armlängentest ist genial. So simple und praktisch.Ich habe noch nicht alles gelesen, doch insgesamt betrachtetbin ich begeistert. Auch die DVD ist lehrreich. Ich suche mir die Infos heraus, dieich gut gebrauchen kann. Genial, dieser Herr Uwe Albrecht.....*****
