Das Aromabuch von Susanne Fischer-Rizzi gehört zu den Klassikern unter den Aromabüchern. Es ist sehr aufwändig gestaltet, mit vielen ansprechenden Abbildungen und Fotos und einer guten Gliederung. Einige gängige Pflanzenportraits werden ausführlich und gut verständlich abgehandelt und das Buch enthält eine Fülle von Rezepten und Anwendungsbeispielen. Es werden dadurch viele Möglichkeiten zum Einsatz der kleinen Pflanzengeister aufgezeigt und sind für den Einsteiger gut beschrieben. Zur tieferen Auseinandersetzung mit der Aromatherapie und -pflege fehlt dem Buch allerdings der wissenschaftliche Bezug. Es spricht eher die Wellness-Richtung an und es fehlt eine wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit biochemischen Fakten etc. Dazu ist das Buch aber auch nicht gedacht, es bietet vielmehr einen guten, übersichtlichen Einstieg für jeden, der sich mit Aroma beschäftigen möchte. Auch für den "Hausgebrauch" eignet es sich gut, wenn jemand sich nicht mit Aromatherapie, sondern mit dem achtsamen Einsatz ätherischer Öle für zu Hause befassen möchte. Deswegen meine Empfehlung für alle, die sich einen übersichtlichen Einstieg in das Thema wünschen. Als alleiniges Nachschlagewerk und Arbeitsbuch für den Aromapraktiker ist es aber m. E. nicht ausreichend.

Als Aromaexpertin beschäftige ich mich täglich mit ätherischen Ölen. Dieses Buch halte ich immer wieder gerne in den Händen: es ist sehr informativ, gut geschrieben und durch die zahlreichen Abbildungen auch noch herrlich anzuschauen. Man merkt sofort die Erfahrung der Autorin hinter diesem Buch. Die Rezepturen verlocken sofort, sich diese Mischung selber herzustellen, um daran zu schnuppern. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Danke an dieser Stelle Frau Fischer-Rizzi.

Nicht nur ein paar Rezepte für Ölmischungen, sondern auch Allgemeinwissen über ätherische öle wird hier weitergegeben. Weiters sind Pflanzenpotraits der gängigsten öle beschrieben. Wer sich eine grosse Auswahl an Rezepten erwartet wird hier nicht auf seine Kosten kommen, jedoch erfährt man wirklich interessante Informationen über Herstellung und Herstellungsverfahren etc. Es ist keinesfalls ein fachlich überforderndes Buch sondern erklärt auch für Anfänger alles sehr verständlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Für alle die sich mit Organsprache beschäftigen ist dieses Buch sehr geeignet. Jedoch wird man es nicht schaffen Eigendiagnosen herzuleiten. Dies sollte man einem Fachpersonal überlassen, und kann dann mit diesem Buch seiner selbst nachfühlen.

Ein tolles Buch. Sehr schön und verständlich geschrieben. Ein Muss für alle die die Osteopathie lieben. Sehr schön, um seinen Körper neu kennen zu lernen.

Sehr interessant, könnte aber gerne noch ausführlicher sein, noch mehr ins Detail gehen. Auch vermisse ich ein Stichwortverzeichnis.Nichtsdestotrotz ein wertvoller Wissensschatz, der einem so einige Zusammenhänge aufzeigt, die man nicht vermuten würde!
